

Example Journal Entry:
Three Joyful Things that happened to me today:
I saw the dawn
I saw a crow
I realized I am drawing closer to my goals
Three Kind things:
I stopped for the Mail Person, so that they could complete a 3 point
I donated to a worthy cause
I liked a YouTube video
Three things that went well:
I meditated this morning
I journaled
I wrote part of a screenwriting exercise
This is a helpful example by which to follow in the sense that it gives one the opportunity to reflect on the joyful, kind, and things that went well in times of need for me. Try it for a week to 30 days, for me the results were amazing.
( I should mention this is not an idea unique to me, it is something I stumbled upon whilst doing research. Nevertheless something indeed to emulate.)
